2010 Volunteer Achievement Awards

Do you know someone in Richmond Hill who volunteers and is worthy of recognition?

The nominee must be a community resident who shows long term dedication and commitment in building a stronger community through volunteering in the Town of Richmond Hill.

Criteria for Submitting a nomination:

A minimum of 5 years of service is required for volunteers to be considered for nomination
If you would like to be nominated, please have a friend complete and submit a nomination form for you, as volunteers are not eligible to nominate themselves
Nomination forms must be completed in full, as incomplete forms will not be accepted
Enbridge Youth Award - Nominees must be 18 years or younger (Applicable to this award only)

If you know someone you would like to nominate, please find the 2010 nomination form attached.

All nomination forms must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, February 26, 2010. The Awards Committee will review all nominations and forward its recommendation(s) to Council for final selection. Award recipients will be contacted directly.
