As you are aware, Lions Hall Community Centre will be undergoing a building demolition. The project has been scheduled to begin mid May concluding at the end of July. It will include the demolition of the existing structure, followed by site restoration.
Demolition projects typically generate a heightened level of noise and construction traffic. Once started, every effort will be made to expedite the work required, however the project schedule may be impacted by weather conditions. In addition, The Town of Richmond Hill will take all possible actions to minimize any disruption.
The contractor performing the work on behalf of the Town of Richmond Hill will be Terrasan Environmental Solutions Inc.
During the period of construction our Asset Management Facility Repair Request line (905-771-5500) as well as Terrasan's emergency contact Joe Martins (416-569-4931) will be made available for any concerns you may have.
