Axminster Drive - Road Reconstruction

NOTICE OF PUBLIC INFORMATION DROP-IN CENTRE
AXMINSTER DRIVE - ROAD RECONSTRUCTION

The Town of Richmond Hill, as part of its continuing effort to improve your road network and in conjunction with the Federal Economic Stimulus Program, plans to reconstruct AXMINSTER DRIVE from TAYLOR MILLS DRIVE SOUTH to BLUE GRASS BOULEVARD in 2010.

Public consultation with respect to the proposed work is invited for consideration in completing the design process and public input will be received until Friday October 30, 2009. To facilitate receipt of your comments, drawings representative of the proposed reconstruction will be on display at the Drop-in Centre for your review.

Representatives from the Town's Consulting Engineer, the Engineering and Public Works Department and the Urban Forestry Section will be present to explain the proposed work and address any questions or concerns you may wish to express.

You are encouraged to seriously consider taking advantage of this informative opportunity.
