Please join us in congratulating Arnie Warner in being selected as the Richmond Hill Post's 2009 Person of the Year. This award came largely (and rightfully) due to his ceaseless dedication to the completion of the Richmond Hill Centre for the Performing Arts, and his chairing of the steering committee for the project.
