Residents Open House

Dear Resident,
I am writing to invite you to attend an open house I am hosting on Thursday, March 4, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the TMS (Toronto Montessori Schools) Elgin Mills Campus, 500 Elgin Mills Rd. East.
The purpose of this Open House is to inform area residents of two separate applications the Town of Richmond Hill has received for development of lands in your neighborhood.
The first application noted above is related to 650 Elgin Mills Rd. E. and proposes 75 town houses to be built on this land which fronts on Elgin Mills Rd. East, west of Bayview Ave. The second application is to rezone and extend commercial development at 10800 and 10830 Bayview Ave. This land is immediately North of the Shoppers Drug Mart and fronts on Bayview Ave.
Representatives of the two applicants will be in attendance to answer any questions you may have. I will also be in attendance to listen to your comments and feedback in an informal setting. Both of these applications will be proceeding to a Council Public Hearing in the near future. This is an opportunity to provide your comments in advance of the formal public hearing.
